One photo
On the photo page or in the menu of a tile you find "Download". You get the original, just as you uploaded it. For videos, the original is only included in plans that keep it; otherwise you get the compressed version.
Several photos
Select photos and choose "Download" in the selection menu. For a small selection the download starts immediately as a ZIP. For a large selection we build the ZIP in the background and send you an email as soon as it is ready. You do not have to wait.
The Downloads page
Under Downloads in the account menu you see all prepared downloads with their status: being prepared, ready, expired. Very large downloads consist of several parts, which you can download one by one as soon as they are ready. You can request an expired download again.
Limits
A finished download stays available for 7 days. Two downloads can be prepared at the same time, and per week you can download roughly as much in total as your storage holds.
Exporting the whole library
In your Profile you can request all photos and videos at once. You get ZIP parts that you can download for 14 days. The Trash is not included. Only one export runs at a time, and the next one is possible after 30 days.
